The successful candidate will connect warehouse operations with software execution, bring strong leadership, and drive product vision from concept through retirement while coordinating with engineering, sales, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in product management or product development in industrial automation, robotics, or related technology sectors.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies and cross-functional team leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end Product Management of solutions for Mujin US—from concept to retirement
• Develop product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities aligned with customer needs and market trends
• Oversee product portfolio performance, ensuring profitability, scalability, and alignment with business objectives
• Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory standards to inform product positioning and value propositions
• Partner with engineering, R&D, sales, and operations teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions on time and within budget
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for new deployments and enhancements
• Bridge the gap between software and hardware implementation
