Job summary

Boldyn Networks in Dallas, TX (national territory) is seeking a Director, Network Solutions to land nationwide wireless connectivity deals across CRE portfolios, venues, and large facilities. You’ll lead strategy, partner engagement, and deal structuring to grow our wireless solutions portfolio.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with owners, developers, and consultants, with a focus on growth, closing deals, and representing the Boldyn brand at industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with top-tier commercial real estate portfolios and/or property management firms.
• Strong familiarity with wireless telecommunications industry and solutions including Cellular, Wi‑Fi, Private Networks.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize wireless network investment and solutions in large venues and enterprise facilities.
• Establish and foster relationships with portfolio owners, real estate consultants, vendors, and partners to secure exclusive wireless network rights.
• Drive venue agreements through negotiating key business terms and financial structures.
• Develop and expand existing venue and wireless industry relationships to grow the wireless infrastructure portfolio.
• Attend industry conferences and represent the Boldyn brand.
• Develop a 3-year growth and territory plan focusing on Commercial Mixed-Use developments.
