Job summary

Boldyn Networks in New York seeks a Director of Wireless Solutions to drive nationwide wireless connectivity deals within the commercial real estate sector, including malls, campuses, healthcare facilities and data centers.

You will build relationships with portfolio owners and developers, negotiate terms, and lead a strategic 3-year growth plan to expand Boldyn’s wireless infrastructure portfolio across top venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with large Commercial Real Estate portfolios or property management firms.
• Deep familiarity with wireless telecommunications (Cellular, Wi‑Fi, Private Networks).
• Proven ability to penetrate new accounts and close complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize wireless network investments for large venues and developments.
• Establish relationships with portfolio owners, consultants, vendors, and partners.
• Negotiate key business terms and financial structures for venue agreements.
• Develop and manage a 3-year growth and territory plan focused on commercial mixed-use developments.
• Represent Boldyn at industry conferences and advance wireless portfolio expansion.
