Broadstaff is conducting a confidential search for a Sr. Director of Wireless Operations to oversee wireless infrastructure projects. This hands-on leader will manage contracts from award to closeout, align budgets and resources, and ensure safe, on-time, profitable delivery across Texas.

The role demands active involvement in day-to-day operations and collaboration with field leadership, finance, and executive management to build scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Proven operations leadership in wireless construction or telecom infrastructure.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and field operations.
• Ability to travel across Texas as needed.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across multiple telecom and wireless infrastructure projects.
• Oversee project execution from contract award through closeout.
• Manage schedules, resources, subcontractors, equipment, and labor planning.
• Drive accountability, operational efficiency, and project profitability.
• Partner with field leadership, finance, and executive management.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, forecasting, job costing, and project financial performance.
• Review project pricing, margins, and cost controls.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Build and improve operational processes, reporting, and organizational structure.
• Serve as a trusted leader for field teams, project managers, and customers.
