Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking a Director of Network Solutions to lead wireless connectivity initiatives within Commercial Real Estate across a Texas territory, including large venues and enterprise facilities. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with property owners and developers, and shape strategies to expand the network portfolio.

The role emphasizes closing complex deals, negotiating terms, and driving a multi-year growth plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Experience with top-tier commercial real estate portfolios and/or property management firms.
• Strong knowledge of wireless solutions (Cellular, Wi‑Fi, Private Networks).
• Excellent closing skills with ability to overcome objections and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize wireless network investments and solutions for large venues and enterprise facilities.
• Establish and foster relationships with portfolio owners, real estate consultants, vendors, and partners to secure exclusive rights.
• Drive venue agreements through negotiating key terms and financial structures.
• Develop and manage a 3-year growth plan focusing on Commercial Mixed-Use developments.
