Job summary

Boldyn Networks US Operations LLC seeks a Director, Wireless Solutions to land nationwide wireless connectivity deals within commercial real estate, from large venues to healthcare facilities, in the Texas territory and beyond.

You’ll drive strategy, build partnerships with CRE owners and developers, and expand the portfolio across Cellular, Wi‑Fi, Private Networks, and converged services, negotiating terms and leading cross‑functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Experience with top-tier CRE portfolios or property management firms.
• Strong familiarity with wireless telecommunications, including Cellular, Wi‑Fi, Private Networks.
• Ability to penetrate new accounts and grow revenue across venues.
• Skilled negotiator capable of closing complex deals and resolving obstacles.
• Excellent closing skills and strategic deal-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize wireless network investments and solutions for large venues.
• Establish and foster relationships with portfolio owners, consultants, vendors, and partners.
• Drive venue agreements through negotiation of key business terms and financial structures.
• Develop existing venue and wireless industry relationships to expand the portfolio.
• Attend industry conferences and represent Boldyn Networks.
• Develop and manage a 3-year growth and territory plan for commercial real estate deployments.
