Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and resources for large-scale projects.
• Ability to develop and execute long-range technology strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong communication skills for executive audiences.
• Experience leading large teams of engineers and cross-functional staff.
• Familiarity with IT governance, service management, and project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for Wired Networks in alignment with UWIT governance.
• Direct service offerings lifecycle, SLAs, and performance metrics.
• Oversee OPEX/CAPEX budgets and cost recovery with finance partners.
• Lead lifecycle for network engineering and deployment including security controls.
• Manage major cross-unit initiatives and vendor relationships.
• Staffing, coaching, and career development for senior teams.
