Pearce Services, a leading technology-enabled provider of asset management for critical infrastructure, seeks a Director, Wind MCE to lead strategic planning, team leadership, and all key operational and financial metrics for the wind services business.

You will advance wind energy initiatives while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects, reporting to the Vice President of Wind.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in renewable energy with leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen and P&L management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety and quality across all MCE projects.
• Own the P&L for the MCE division and drive profitability.
• Develop and execute annual business plans, forecasts, and budgets.
• Identify market opportunities and form partnerships to grow MCE.
• Monitor financial performance, job costing, and key metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Assess risk and implement mitigation to push for zero recordables.
• Drive reporting rigor with KPIs and performance reviews.
• Build strong relationships with customers, OEMs, and partners to ensure repeat business.
