Responsibilities
- Own technical direction for the web platform and align with product priorities.
- Translate business priorities into technical strategy for SEO, personalization and experimentation.
- Represent the web platform in enterprise technology planning with Greystar priorities.
- Stay hands-on: contribute to architecture, code reviews, and development daily.
- Set the technical example and ensure collaborative decision-making.
- Bring deep expertise in Sitecore AI, Vercel, and evolving web technologies across Greystar properties.
- Own architectural decisions for personalization, experimentation, and content delivery.
- Guide architecture and strategy for site search and discovery; partner with marketing on content ops.
- Coordinate with D2AI's data platform and CI teams on data exchange without owning broader architecture.
- Coach the team on effective, responsible use of AI in engineering workflows.
- Lead, coach, and grow the existing team; performance management and career development.
