Job summary

OpenTalent oversees day-to-day application development projects and engineering, guiding continuous improvement on process definition and compliance across multiple digital channels. You will directly manage software engineers and project managers and collaborate with architects on major initiatives.

As the technical decision-maker, you will promote quality, manage delivery to partners, and drive initiatives to improve satisfaction and KPIs for the Web Platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of application development leadership experience.
• 7+ years in architecture development and backend integration.
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native, microservices architectures.
• Experience using AI tools to automate development tasks.
• Proficiency with Node.js, Java, SQL, NoSQL, Spring Boot, Kafka, Spark.
• Experience with Adobe AEM, Marketing Cloud, Analytics, DTM, Target, Search & Promote.
• Strong React/NextJS/TypeScript/CSS for large-scale web development.
• Expertise with A/B testing methodologies.
• Ability to bridge technology and business and communicate clearly.
