Qualifications

• Senior-level web platform engineering experience with CMS-backed sites.
• Hands-on expertise in Sitecore AI and headless architectures.

• Proven leadership of engineers and career development.

Responsibilities

• Own technical direction for the Greystar web platform and Sitecore ecosystem.
• Translate business needs into technical strategy and priorities.
• Lead architecture decisions for personalization, search, and content delivery.
• Manage production support and release processes.
