Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Director of Warehouse Sourcing and Shipping Materials for North America, based in Tampa, FL. You will own warehouse network strategy, sourcing, and reusable packaging material management across the region.

The role requires 8+ years in logistics/supply chain, strong negotiation, and cross-functional leadership. Travel up to 25–35% is expected as part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business or finance.
• Eight+ years in logistics, warehousing, procurement, or related functions.
• Proven negotiation and contract-management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 25–35%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the North American warehouse strategy, evaluating capacity and cost.
• Lead warehouse sourcing with RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and supplier evaluations; negotiate terms.
• Oversee leasing and third-party warehouse operations for cost efficiency.
• Manage reusable packaging materials strategy, asset optimization, and return logistics.
• Monitor packaging asset utilization, inventory accuracy, and KPI performance across the network.
