Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in Workday ATS is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with recruitment technology and HR software tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop targeted recruitment strategies with hiring managers and HR across North America.
• Source candidates using job boards, social networks, referrals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Lead offer negotiations and facilitate smooth onboarding.
