Job summary

You will attract, source, and hire top talent to support corporate functions and partner with hiring leaders to drive workforce growth. The role requires deep Workday ATS experience, five years in talent acquisition, and a proven ability to manage vendor engagements and early-career programs.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in Workday ATS is required.
• Minimum of 5 years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Strong full-cycle recruitment knowledge and stakeholder collaboration.
• Excellent communication with hiring managers and HR partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition for Crown North America and partner with plant and corporate leaders.
• Attract, source, and hire top talent for corporate functions.
• Manage third-party vendor engagements and contracts.
• Oversee Early in Career Emerging Talent programs in North America.
