Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Director, Warehouse and Shipping Materials Sourcing- North America to lead warehouse network optimization and reusable packaging management across the U.S. and Canada.

The role collaborates with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Commercial, Quality, and Logistics to align resources with business needs while driving cost efficiency and service levels. Strong leadership and negotiation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 8+ years in logistics, warehousing, procurement, or sourcing.
• Proven cross-functional project leadership.
• Strong financial acumen and cost optimization experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute North American warehouse strategy.
• Lead warehouse sourcing initiatives (RFIs, RFQs, RFPs).
• Negotiate lease terms and service contracts.
• Provide operational and financial oversight for Preston Sort and Repair.
• Identify and implement packaging asset optimization initiatives.
