Job summary

Target Corporation is seeking a Director of Product Management for Warehouse Management Systems to lead modernization across the outbound warehouse network. You will define a strategic product vision, own a multi-year roadmap, and partner with Operations, Design, Engineering, and Analytics to deliver impactful capabilities.

You will guide product managers to improve throughput, accuracy, cost, and team member experience while balancing trade-offs in a complex modernization program.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of product management experience including leadership responsibilities.
• Deep domain experience in warehouse management systems (WMS) or related logistics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Set the product vision, strategy, and multi-year modernization roadmap for outbound warehouse management capabilities.
• Translate warehouse operations needs into clear product capabilities across outbound processes (planning, release, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, ship).
• Define quarterly OKRs, prioritize the shared product backlog, and drive measurable progress.
