Our global team is energetic, innovative, and inclusive, offering opportunities to grow as a professional. As the Lead Industrial Engineer, Warehouse Design you will oversee the design package, evaluate storage media, and drive ROI-driven warehouse layouts from concept through detailed design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent).
• 4 years of engineering experience in supply chain, logistics or warehousing.
• Experience leading engineering teams and using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Data Analytics to analyze client data and determine order profiles and slotting.
• Prepare engineering calculations and operating concepts for storage and facility sizing.
• Design facility layouts, storage media, and flow with equipment support.
• Support solutions team in responding to RFPs with materials and presentations.
• Evaluate manual vs automated warehouse solutions; develop ROI and payback analyses.
• Lead detailed engineering for new business awards from concept to detailed design.
• Plan with clients to resolve gaps and document scope changes.
• Participate in WMS configuration and interface design.
• Manage vendors for material handling and automation; oversee installation and testing.
• Provide post go-live support and mentor junior engineers.
