The Alzheimer’s Association Fort Worth Chapter seeks a Director, Walk to End Alzheimer’s, to drive a major peer-to-peer fundraising walk. You will lead volunteer leaders, cultivate corporate and community partnerships, and coach volunteers to exceed revenue goals.

This role requires strong fundraising skills, relationship management, and proven leadership. Expect travel up to 50%, evenings/weekends as needed, and a comprehensive benefits package with a salary between $85,000 and $95,000.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years recruiting and mobilizing volunteers or meeting sales targets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of volunteer leaders to drive revenue goals.
• Cultivate corporate and community partnerships for sponsorships.
• Recruit, coach, and empower volunteers for long-term retention.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and data to guide fundraising strategy.
• Travel up to 50% within the assigned territory as needed.
• Work evenings and weekends as required.
