Job summary

The Alzheimer's Association is seeking a dynamic Director, Walk to End Alzheimer's in Phoenix to lead our large peer-to-peer fundraising walk. You will guide a team of volunteer leaders, drive revenue through corporate and community partnerships, and coach volunteers to achieve ambitious goals.

You will recruit, empower and retain volunteers, manage budgets, and expand brand presence while traveling up to 50% within the territory; you will align programs with organizational strategy and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years recruiting and mobilizing volunteers or meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of volunteer leaders to achieve revenue goals.
• Cultivate relationships with corporate and community partners.
• Recruit, coach and empower volunteers for long-term retention.
• Manage event budgets and fundraising programs.
• Travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
