Job summary

The Alzheimer’s Association in Austin, TX is seeking a Manager, Walk to End Alzheimer’s to lead the nation’s largest peer-to-peer fundraising event network. You will build corporate and community partnerships, coach volunteers, and drive revenue growth through thoughtful recruitment and engagement strategies.

As a fundraising leader, you will manage multiple Walk events annually, collaborate with the Development team, and ensure goals are met while maintaining an inclusive, donor-centered

Qualifications

• Requires building and managing volunteer networks.
• Proven ability to recruit and mobilize volunteers toward fundraising goals.
• Travel up to 60% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain relationships with corporate and community partners.
• Recruit, train, and coach volunteers for Walk events.
• Oversee multiple peer-to-peer fundraising events annually.
• Meet revenue targets and monitor event budgets.
• Coordinate evening and weekend activities and milestones.
