Job summary

The Alzheimer’s Association in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Director, Walk to End Alzheimer’s to lead a major fundraising walk. You will manage a large network of volunteer leaders, drive revenue through corporate and community partnerships, and raise awareness for the mission.

You will coach volunteers to achieve fundraising goals, expand the volunteer base, and ensure long-term program success with strong leadership and budget oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting and mobilizing volunteers/community leaders to achieve goals.
• Proven success meeting fundraising targets.
• Experience in peer-to-peer fundraising environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of volunteer leaders to drive revenue goals.
• Recruit, coach and empower volunteers for retention and succession.
• Cultivate corporate and community partnerships to grow revenue.
• Oversee event budgets and travel up to 50%.
• Provide inspirational leadership and accountability across the team.
