The Alzheimer's Association in Fort Worth, Texas seeks a Director of Walk to End Alzheimer’s to lead a large peer-to-peer fundraising event, manage a team of volunteer leaders, and drive revenue goals through corporate and community partnerships.

You will recruit, coach and engage volunteers, cultivate C-suite sponsors, and ensure sustainable growth of Walk to End Alzheimer’s, building brand awareness and ensuring long-term success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–7 years recruiting and mobilizing volunteers and community leaders or 5–7 years meeting sales targets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of volunteer leaders to achieve revenue goals.
• Cultivate corporate and community partnerships and sponsor relations.
• Recruit, coach and empower volunteers; ensure committee retention.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and fundraising programs to meet goals.
