Per Scholas is seeking a Director/VP of Corporate Partnerships to lead growth of our corporate portfolio and secure six- to seven-figure commitments. You will craft fundraising roadmaps, manage donor relationships, and partner with cross-functional teams to demonstrate ROI and impact across multiple markets.

You will oversee strategy, storytelling, and external collateral while aligning with campus leadership and regional teams to drive multi-market funder engagements and site visits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive development leadership experience with institutional donors.
• Proven ability to secure six- and seven-figure grants from corporations and foundations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong storytelling and deck-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to grow multi-market corporate partnerships.
• Lead cultivation, qualification, and closing of high-value corporate prospects.
• Create compelling proposals and presentations translating workforce impact data into donor ROI.
• Oversee portfolio relationships with external stakeholders and ensure timely renewal and growth.
• Collaborate with program, data, and marketing teams to produce sophisticated impact reports.
