Qualifications
- RN licensure is required.
- National certification within 6 months of hire is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
- Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration or Nursing is required.
- 5+ years of experience in hospital operations with progressive leadership responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the deployment of nursing and clinical initiatives to support patient care across the division.
- Hire and oversee the Division resource pool and manage centralized nursing scheduling.
- Monitor staffing ratios, productivity targets and benchmarking, and adjust staffing as needed.
- Lead hiring, orientation, education and evaluation of resource pool staff.
- Develop and manage the division's staffing, scheduling and workload systems and budgets.
