Qualifications

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Director Nursing Operations and Virtual Care to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This leader will guide nursing operations and virtual care strategy with a focus on strengthening patient safety, consistency, and operational performance across care settings. The role will help shape governance, policies, and execution standards for technology-enabled nursing services that support bedside teams and improve care delivery. This leader will also partner across clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders to drive quality outcomes, resource optimization, and a more integrated model of care.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually
