Job summary

Advocate Health Care in Charlotte, North Carolina, seeks a licensed registered nurse leader to oversee clinical triage, disease management, and virtual care coordination. This full-time role (40 hours/week) supports enterprise care delivery and CI Information Services within outpatient settings.

Requirements include an active RN license, MSN, and leadership certification within 1 year of eligibility. You will manage care delivery models, budgets, and performance reports to improve patient

Qualifications

Must hold an active RN license in the state of work and residence.
MSN required; if BSN, a related master's degree is acceptable.
Professional leadership certification within 1 year of eligibility.
Previous leadership experience preferred.

Develops and evaluates care delivery models and data collection.
Manages department budget and generates reports.
