Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a senior leader to head the Epidemiology Pipeline for Virology. The role focuses on scientific oversight, study design expertise, and cross-functional leadership to drive global opportunities.

You will collaborate with RWLP management, business development, and operations to deliver proposals and ensure timelines, budgets, and quality meet customer expectations. You will guide protocol development, peer reviews, and scientific communications, while staying current with

Responsibilities

• Provides scientific oversight for Virology trials and RWLP management.
• Leads development and delivery of project proposals, bid defenses, and capability presentations.
• Ensures timelines, budgets, quality, and customer satisfaction on projects.
• Develops and reviews study documents: protocol, CRFs, SAP, and reports.
• Advances epidemiologic study designs and regulatory expectations across the organization.
• Supports post-marketing safety commitments and risk management initiatives.
• Builds relationships with sponsors, thought-leaders and investigators.
• Author and present abstracts and manuscripts to promote services.
