Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a performance video growth leader to take full ownership of its video business, starting with YouTube and expanding into other platforms. This is a builder's role, combining hands-on campaign management with strategic leadership to drive growth and profitability.

The initial focus is Insurance (auto, home, health, ACA, Medicare) with expansion into streaming, TV, Meta, TikTok, and other video channels as the role scales.

Qualifications

• Must have proven ability to scale video-led performance marketing.
• Strong ownership of P&L, pacing, and reporting for campaigns.
• Experience managing multi-vertical insurance, health, and finance campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own spend, pacing, reporting, and profitability for Insurance YouTube campaigns.
• Lead in-platform execution: audience strategy, bidding, and testing frameworks.
• Scale across insurance verticals and expand into new verticals for growth.
• Build campaigns that drive leads and inbound calls with strong call-quality metrics.
• Own creative strategy and testing priorities to improve performance.
• Communicate insights and decisions to stakeholders daily via Slack/Zoom.
