You'll blend hands-on campaign management with high-level strategy, owning execution, P&L, pacing, reporting, and testing across insurance, auto, home, health, Medicare, and related products. Remote-first, global team, fast-paced and impact-driven.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing high-growth performance marketing portfolios.
• 3+ years managing and scaling video-first portfolios with budgets of $20M+/year.
• Experience in lead-gen niches: insurance, financial services, health, or marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and performance for Insurance YouTube campaigns, aiming for strong ROAS.
• Lead in-platform execution: campaign architecture, bidding, audience, testing.
• Scale across insurance verticals and expand into new channels and products.
• Build playbooks and lead a video-first team as investment scales.
