Job summary

Launch Potato seeks a performance video growth leader to own and scale the company’s video business, starting with YouTube and expanding to other platforms. You’ll manage execution, P&L, pacing, and reporting, while building systems and playbooks to grow the channel beyond current expectations.

The role focuses on Insurance, with expansion into streaming, Meta, TikTok, and other video channels as the business grows. 8+ years in high-growth marketing preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing high-growth performance marketing portfolios.
• 3+ years scaling YouTube/Meta/TikTok video-first portfolios with $20M+/yr budgets.
• Experience in lead-gen or insurance/financial services verticals.

Responsibilities

• Own spend, pacing, reporting, and profitability for Insurance YouTube campaigns.
• Architect campaign structure, audience strategy, bidding, and testing frameworks in-platform.
• Scale across insurance verticals and expand into new verticals to drive growth.
• Build campaigns that drive leads and inbound calls with strong optimization.
• Lead creative strategy and partner with the creative team using AI tools for faster testing.
• Communicate performance insights to stakeholders daily across teams.
• Create repeatable playbooks and lead a video-first team as the business grows.
