Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a high-impact performance video growth leader to own and scale the Insurance YouTube portfolio and expand into streaming and other video channels. You will manage P&L, pacing, and reporting, while building playbooks and a video-first team to accelerate growth across multiple verticals.

You will work in a remote-first environment with a global team, owning budgets of substantial scale and driving ROAS targets through data-driven creative testing and strategic audience

Qualifications

• Proven success scaling video in lead gen or insurance/finance spaces.
• Hands-on platform execution in campaign architecture, bidding, and events.
• Ability to build and scale across multiple verticals with a clear monetization plan.

Responsibilities

• Own Insurance YouTube campaigns including P&L and ROAS targets.
• Execute in-platform strategies: audience, bidding, budgets, and testing frameworks.
• Scale across insurance verticals and expand into new verticals over time.
• Build campaigns that drive leads and inbound calls with strong call quality metrics.
• Develop creative strategies and testing priorities to improve performance.
• Communicate performance, insights, and decisions to stakeholders daily.
• Create repeatable playbooks and lead a video-first team as growth scales.
