Eastern Kentucky University is seeking a Director for Veterans Upward Bound to lead the program on the Richmond Campus. This role manages services under US Department of Education regulations to aid first-generation, low-income, and at-risk veterans across eight counties.

Oversees and manages services within the regulations set forth by the U.S. Department of Education to assist first- generation, low-income, and/or academically at-risk eligible veterans in eight target area counties to be prepared to succeed in postsecondary education.
Education: Master’s degree in education, counseling, higher education, education administration, public administration, or other related field is required.
Experience: Three (3) years of related experience in higher education is required, as well as direct service experience with meeting academic, social and economic needs of low-income/first-generation/disabled or disadvantaged student populations.
Veteran Status or experience serving veteran population preferred
