• Master's degree in education, counseling, higher education, education administration, public administration, or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all EKU Veterans Upward Bound program activities, including establishing relationships with service agencies and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Supervise and develop program staff.
• Develop and disseminate budgets, grant proposals, and reports; maintain records of program activity and participants.
• Support office functions by completing other duties and special projects as assigned.
