Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education, counseling, higher education, education administration, public administration, or related field.
• Three years of related experience in higher education and direct service with meeting academic, social and economic needs of disadvantaged student populations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all EKU Veterans Upward Bound program activities, including establishing relationships with service agencies and external stakeholders and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and professionally develop program staff.
• Develop and disseminate budgets, grant proposals, and other reports; maintain and submit required records of program activity and participants.
• Support the office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned.
