Veeva Systems, Inc. seeks a Director to drive pharmacovigilance software strategy and expand Vault Safety Suite adoption in the Northeast. You will shape product direction, guide the product team, and collaborate with customers to ensure successful deployments.

You will lead industry outreach, present at conferences and webinars, and work with clients across the lifecycle to maximize value from Vault Safety Suite solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in or consulting for Safety in life sciences organizations
• Experience selling software/services to life sciences companies
• Ability to travel for customer meetings and presentations

Responsibilities

• Grow Veeva’s market adoption for Vault Safety Suite with focus on customer satisfaction in the greater Boston area
• Provide business guidance to the Product team for Vault Safety Suite enhancements
• Provide thought leadership and sales support to drive Vault Safety Suite opportunities
• Direct resources across the customer lifecycle from sales to delivery to ensure market success
• Present at industry conferences, lead webinars, and author articles for industry publications
