Job summary

Veeva Systems, a leading life sciences SaaS company, seeks a Director with deep Pharmacovigilance experience to drive Safety Suite adoption in the Northeast. The role blends software product strategy with market expansion and client success.

You will guide product enhancements, support sales efforts for Vault Safety Suite, and lead cross-functional teams from pre-sales through delivery, including industry engagements and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years experience in or consulting for the Safety department of a life sciences company.
• Experience selling software and/or services to life sciences organizations.
• Ability to travel for customer meetings and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Grow Vault Safety Suite adoption in the Northeast with focus on customer satisfaction.
• Provide guidance to Product team for new applications or enhancements.
• Drive thought leadership and assist in sales of Vault Safety Suite.
• Coordinate resources across the customer lifecycle from sales to delivery.
• Present at industry conferences, lead webinars, and author articles.
