Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare consulting, strategy, communications, marketing, or business development experience.
• Experience communicating value of value-based care and population health initiatives.
• Proven ability to develop executive presentations, strategic communications, and RFP responses.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to translate complex healthcare concepts into compelling narratives.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining enterprise VBC results, outcomes, proof points, case studies, and success stories.
• Partnering with analytics, finance, quality, network, and operations to communicate impact of VBC initiatives.
• Leading VBC content strategy and strategic positioning for sales pursuits and client engagements.
• Collaborating with Sales, Product, Network Development, Proposal Management, and Account Management teams on VBC messaging.
• Creating and maintaining VBC value story content including executive presentations and client communications.
• Ensuring consistent VBC messaging across lines of business and tailoring for key stakeholders.
• Advancing VBC thought leadership through conferences, publications, webinars, and external engagements.
• Monitoring industry trends to inform messaging and strategic priorities.
• Leading internal communication efforts to increase awareness and adoption of VBC strategy.
• Serving as a subject matter resource and strategic advisor on VBC results and differentiation.
