Job summary

CVS Health, including its Aetna business, is seeking a senior leader to shape and communicate value-based care strategy across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid. You will partner with analytics, finance, and field teams to distill complex health care concepts into compelling business narratives.

The role drives content strategy for sales, proposals, and external thought leadership, while advancing Aetna's VBC messaging through conferences, publications, and client engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare consulting, strategy, communications, marketing, or business development.
• Experience communicating value of value-based care and population health.
• Proven track record in executive presentations, strategic communications, or RFP responses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise VBC results, outcomes, and proof points across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Collaborate with analytics, finance, quality, network, and operations teams to quantify VBC impact.
• Lead VBC content strategy for sales pursuits, client engagements, and RFP responses.
• Create standard and customized VBC value storytelling materials for executives and clients.
