Job summary

CVS Health's Aetna seeks a senior VBC content and strategy professional to drive value-based care messaging across Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid. You will craft executive presentations, thought leadership assets, and RFP responses while partnering with analytics, finance, network and sales teams.

You will lead content strategy, monitor market trends, and advance our VBC thought leadership through conferences and webinars, influencing customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare consulting, strategy, communications, marketing, or business development.
• Experience communicating the value of value-based care and population health initiatives.
• Proven success developing executive presentations, strategic communications, and RFP responses.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to translate complex healthcare concepts into compelling business narratives.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise VBC results, outcomes, proof points, case studies, and success stories across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Partner with analytics, finance, quality, network, and operational teams to identify and communicate VBC impact.
• Lead VBC content strategy and strategic positioning for sales pursuits, client engagements, and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Network Development, Proposal Management, and Account Management to craft differentiated VBC messaging.
• Create and maintain standard and customized VBC value story content, including executive presentations and client communications.
• Ensure consistent VBC messaging across lines of business while tailoring content for customers and providers.
• Advance VBC thought leadership through conferences, publications, webinars, and executive speaking opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to inform messaging and priorities.
• Lead internal communications increasing awareness and adoption of Aetna's VBC strategy.
