Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a senior specialist in Value-Based Care (VBC) strategy at the Aetna division to shape messaging, assets, and external thought leadership. You will drive enterprise VBC content, coordinate with analytics and sales teams, and influence stakeholders across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid domains.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating value of value-based care and population health.
• Proven ability to develop executive presentations and RFP responses.
• Strong collaboration across analytics, finance, quality and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise VBC results, outcomes, and case studies.
• Partner with analytics and other teams to validate VBC impact.
• Lead VBC content strategy for sales pursuits and proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Account teams to tailor VBC messaging.
• Create and maintain VBC value stories and client communications.
• Ensure consistent VBC messaging across lines of business.
