Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive healthcare experience in value-based care, provider partnerships, or population health.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing programs, teams, or strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical, financial, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Value-Based Care partnership strategy and governance with provider organizations.
• Oversee onboarding, program deployment, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align contracts, risk-sharing, and population health goals.
