Job summary

The role focuses on building transparent, high-impact partnerships, driving value-based programs, and improving cost, quality, access, and member experience through structured engagement and oversight of performance data and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• In lieu of degree, equivalent education/experience may be considered.
• 10+ years of experience in health plans, hospital systems, provider orgs, IPAs, or health care consulting.

Responsibilities

• Leads provider engagement strategy to elevate partnerships to strategic levels.
• Develops provider performance management framework with dashboards and scorecards.
• Oversees disputes related to claims, authorization delays, and credentialing.
• Ensures regulatory and contractual compliance across provider relationships.
