Job summary

SCAN Health Insurance is seeking a Senior Manager, Value-Based Care Innovation to identify and scope programs that improve value-based care performance, provider experience, and population health outcomes. Reporting to the VP, this role leads initiatives from concept through evaluation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet provider and market needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, value-based care, population health, consulting, product management, or program management.
• Strong project management, analytics, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and evaluating program performance.
• Medicare Advantage and value-based care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Innovation Strategy & Roadmap: Evaluate emerging programs, technologies, and models for the Value-Based Care roadmap; develop business cases and recommendations.
• Pilot Management & Evaluation: Lead pilots, define objectives and success measures, and evaluate outcomes for expansion or discontinuation.
• Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs, create executive dashboards, and escalate risks to leadership.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Align Value-Based Care, Analytics, Population Health, Product, and Tech teams; facilitate governance and decision making.
• Provider & Market Support: Identify innovation opportunities and incorporate provider/market feedback into designs.
