Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina is seeking a Director of Value Based Care Operations & Execution to lead the operational delivery of value-based care programs across the enterprise. You will coordinate clinical, network, finance, and analytics stakeholders to ensure measurable outcomes and accountability.

You’ll drive cross-functional execution, establish workflows, and partner with performance and strategy teams while maintaining governance and escalation points.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10 years of healthcare or related experience.
• In lieu of degree, 12+ years of experience in related field accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of value-based care programs.
• Drive execution across cross-functional teams and timelines.
• Identify and resolve operational barriers impacting program implementation.
• Establish and enforce operational workflows, governance, and accountability.
• Ensure readiness for new program implementations and contract changes.
• Oversee initiatives to improve program delivery and provider engagement.
• Partner with analytics to translate insights into operational actions.
• Align processes with contractual, measurement, and financial expectations.
