Job summary
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina is seeking a Director of Value Based Care Operations & Execution to lead the operational delivery of value-based programs across the enterprise. You will coordinate clinical, network, finance, analytics, and other stakeholders, driving accountability and translating insights into actionable improvements for measurable outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience.
- In lieu of degree, 12+ years of experience in related field.
- Experience leading cross-functional healthcare programs preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of value-based care programs, ensuring alignment between program requirements and operational delivery.
- Drive execution across cross-functional teams, holding stakeholders accountable for delivery against defined timelines and objectives.
- Identify and resolve operational barriers impacting program implementation and ongoing execution.
- Establish and enforce operational workflows, governance, and accountability structures across programs.
- Ensure operational readiness for new program implementations, contract changes, and model updates.
