Blue Cross NC is seeking a Director of Value Based Care Operations & Execution to lead the delivery of value-based programs across the enterprise. You will coordinate clinical, network, finance, analytics and operational stakeholders, ensuring programs translate into measurable outcomes and are executed at scale.

You will build and lead a team, drive accountability, establish workflows and governance, and partner with performance, finance, and strategy teams while owning execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience required or 12+ years in related field in lieu of degree.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale value-based care programs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of value-based care programs with strong operational delivery.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability across timelines and objectives.
• Identify and remove operational barriers to program implementation and cadence.
• Establish workflows, governance and accountability structures across programs.
• Ensure readiness for new program implementations, contract changes and model updates.
• Oversee initiatives to improve program delivery and provider engagement.
• Translate insights from performance and analytics into operational actions.
• Align processes with contracts, measurement methods, and financial expectations.
• Prioritize and sequence operational initiatives across stakeholders.
• Escalate complex operational issues and lead standardization efforts.
