Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience, or 12+ years without a degree, in related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional healthcare programs and federated environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of value-based care programs across the enterprise.
• Drive cross-functional delivery and hold stakeholders accountable for timelines.
• Identify operational barriers and drive resolution for program implementation.
• Establish and enforce workflows, governance, and accountability across programs.
• Ensure readiness for new program implementations and model updates.
• Oversee initiatives to improve provider engagement and program delivery.
• Partner with analytics to translate insights into operational changes.
• Align processes with contractual requirements and financial expectations.
• Prioritize operational initiatives across stakeholders.
• Serve as escalation point for complex operational issues.
• Lead standardized processes for attribution, reporting inputs, and execution.
• Provide leadership updates on progress, risks, and mitigations.
• Build and lead a team responsible for program operations and delivery.
