Wild, a fast-growing personal care brand now part of Unilever, seeks an Associate Director of Operations (US) to own fulfillment across the US. Based in Manhattan, NYC, you will lead a small team and partner with 3PLs, retailers and internal teams to deliver OTIF excellence, on-shelf availability, and cost efficiency.

You will shape regional customer experience, negotiate with logistics partners, and drive strategic initiatives while balancing growth with operational discipline.

Formación

• 7+ years in US operations or fulfilment leadership roles.
• Experience with Walmart/Target fulfilment and vendor compliance.
• Proven track record leading 3PL relationships and logistics performance.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L accountability.
• Experience in high-growth, omni-channel consumer brands and large retailers in the US.

Responsabilidades

• Own US end-to-end fulfilment and logistics across DTC, Amazon, and Retail.
• Lead regional customer experience strategy and performance reviews.
• Drive continuous improvements, efficiency, and scale in a lean team.
• Coordinate cross-functional launches and new channels with partners.
