Launched in 2012, Amex Offers is a digital advertising platform that connects Merchants and brands with the tens of millions of American Express Card Members across the globe. The Amex Offers team develops strategic marketing partnerships that deliver unique differentiated value for Merchants and Advertisers to reach these high-spending Card Members in the digital channels where they engage with American Express, delivering deep insights and maximizing results. Through this complete marketing solution, we can help advertisers get laser-focused on who our mutual customers are, what they want, and how we can meet their needs.
We are seeking a commercially minded Director of US Advertiser Analytics to lead the strategic analytics function supporting our merchant partnerships and the adoption/sales of Card-Linker Offer (CLO) / AMEX Offers solutions. In this highly visible and client-facing role, you will work together with Business Development, Customer Success and Product to develop compelling data-driven insights that unlock growth opportunities for merchants, optimize campaign performance, and shape our CLO value proposition.
The successful candidate will be a bridge between data and dealmaking – influencing revenue outcomes by helping merchants/advertisers understand the measurable impact of their spend and how CLO programs can drive incremental growth and return on advertising spend.
This role requires a strong focus on defining efficient growth opportunities, critical advertiser-specific nuances, an ability to lead advertiser prioritization and strategic account planning. Core to this is stakeholder management, clear communication, and data-drive perspectives.
Ideal candidates will have analytics or consulting backgrounds, experience directly working with card networks or transaction data and familiarity with CLO platforms, affiliate marketing, or bank loyalty ecosystems. Leadership experience is highly desirable.
