What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  1. Recruit, manage, and motivate a high-performing team of Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists

  3. Negotiate contracts and engage with C-suite hospital leadership to promote the value of the system
  4. Contribute to the strategic direction of the company by setting corporate goals and participating in cross-functional teams
  5. Conduct performance reviews and manage the learning and development of direct reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
  1. Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred
  2. Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry
  3. At least 5 years of demonstrated success in leading and managing sales teams
  4. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements associated with sales conduct
  5. Strong oral and written communication skills
